Funny I haven't created a Treasury in ages and wound up making 2 just in the past week . New Blog Themes

Today is the day I had hoped to participate in the wonderful, annual event "Mad Tea Party" over at Fanciful Twist ~ Vanessa is a marvel at whimsical creations and certainly a huge inspiration to me but sadly work, school, and the new pink are all keeping me w-a-a-a-y too busy so I'll have to forgo the festivities for this year. It's a wonderful event though and a great way to meet new friends in blogland so if you get a chance, hop on over and join in.

What I do have for you today are two new blog themes and they're a bit whimsical in their own right if I do say so myself. Both have been in the works for along time and I'm so happy to finally have them finished and available to all of you!

The first theme titled Bound Together offers a wonderful eclectic mix that's perfect for the writer or book lover. I created this theme with a more masculine color theme in the hop of providing a theme that the guys might like too. There's a big untapped male audience out there and I certainly don't want to leave them out in the cold so if you know of any guys looking for a great theme this might be just for them.

The second theme is title Summer Carnival and as it's title suggests, it offers a trip down the fairway with cotton candy and popcorn just around the corner. It's colors are more vibrant and the feel is one that's perfect for any late summer blog.

New Blog Summer Themes

I've created some new seasonal blog themes that offer a lovely selection of whimsical elements! With the summer heat now in full swing around here I'm just itching to get away to cooler locals and both of these offer the perfect summer solutions!

Treasures of the Sea offers an enchanting seaside escape with sand, shells, and waves it's a delightful seafaring ensemble and even includes a whimsical mermaid to watch over your summer blog posts.

Another of my favorite escapes from the summer heat is an enchanting Walk in the Woods and that's the title of my second new theme. Escape into cooler temps under a canopy of singing birds, shaded paths, and delicate mushrooms with this tranquil nature based theme.

August Mist - new blog theme

Whew! This week flew by so fast I nearly didn't have time to post this but as promised I'm squeaking in at the last minute with a new blog theme that's just in time to celebrate the waning days of summer. It boasts a lovely assortment of sunflowers mixed with cool summer blues like that of a mild warm afternoon.

I loved working with the images so much that I decided to create a few coordinating Etsy shop sets. From time-to-time I make matching shop sets but only ever 2 or 3 from one theme so they're limited edition and a perfect choice for those who are looking to have a coordinating business theme.

We have a few of our own sunflowers currently blooming in our garden. It's a seasonal tradition my son and I started years ago and even now as his 16th birthday looms just around the corner, we still enjoy planting his summer selection together.

♫School's Out for Summer♫

Yes, I'm singing and doing the happy dance today! I've finally arrived at my last day of classes, whew! I can't remember there last time I felt such relief from the arrival of summer ~ it's certainly been ages.

This first semester back to college has been amazing and I've learned SO much but the sheer amount of stress has been nearly overwhelming at times.

Of course undergoing a move and juggling a freelance business weren't the easiest choices and time management was definitely my adversary but threw it all, the terrific teachers and wonderful students helped to make the process a bit more manageable. Oh and I can't forget my wonderful Personal Coach too, it's something the university provides to assist first year students and she was a huge source of inspiration too.

All in all it was a great experience and although I'm looking forward to moving on to my new classes next Fall for now I'm relishing in the days off and welcoming the opportunity to focus my creative energies back on full time graphics work for the next few months, whoot!
